A private 2 hour, in-home support experience designed to gently calm emotional overwhelm and quickly restore a sense of steadiness during life’s most challenging moments.
Includes:
- Compassionate companionship and supportive presence
- Gentle movement and grounding practices to help calm the body and mind
- Guided meditation to encourage relaxation, clarity, and emotional balance
- Breathwork to support nervous system regulation and reduce overwhelm
- Somatic practices to help reconnect with the body and restore resilience
- Light, soothing bodywork or craniosacral therapy (optional)
- Simple, supportive tools to continue nurturing calm and resilience beyond the session.
